When people hear the name ‘Barbara’, their first thought is often of the Barbie doll. In these pictures I wanted to visualize the Toys & Dolls stereotype, something that I have often felt during the years have been forced to become a sort of identity of mine. In this project I wanted to reflect upon this and re-imagine this idea of a second forced identity.
